Gold Coast United will play their Hyundai A-League home fixtures at the state-of-the-art Skilled Park, situated in the burgeoning Gold Coast suburb of Robina.

Designed by HOK Sport and constructed by Watpac, the 27,000 seat, $160 million stadium was completed in February 2008 and is set to become a favourite venue for fans of the world game.

With its modern rectangular design, iconic looks and outstanding amenities, Skilled Park is tailor-made for the Hyundai A-League and will generate an intimidating atmosphere for visiting teams.

Roof Rafters:
The roof rafters, which measure 30 metres from the pitch to the tip, are the main component of the roof structure which gives the venue its iconic Gold Coast look.
4 Hips, 16 Jack rafters and 48 rafters each weighing between 12 and 20 tonne were erected over the seating plats via a mobile 180 tonne crane.
